Visa Assistance

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about invitation letters and visa support.
Who is eligible to receive an invitation letter?
Any confirmed registered delegate who has completed payment for a GTC summit pass is eligible. The invitation letter is issued in your registered name and references your specific summit.
How long does it take to receive the letter?
Standard processing is 3–5 business days after registration confirmation. Expedited processing (24–48 hours) is available upon request — please indicate urgency in your application.
Does the invitation letter guarantee a visa?
No. The invitation letter is a supporting document for your visa application. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. GTC cannot influence or guarantee visa outcomes.
What information is included in the letter?
The letter includes your full name, passport number, summit name and dates, venue, your delegate category, and the official GTC letterhead with authorised signature.
Can the letter be issued to a third party or travel agent?
No. Invitation letters are issued only to the registered delegate and cannot be transferred or reissued to another person.
What happens if my visa is denied?
Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy in the Terms of Use. Visa denial is considered a valid ground for a refund request — contact us within 7 days of the denial notice with supporting documentation.
Which countries require a visa to attend GTC summits?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the summit host country (UAE, Kenya, or Singapore). We recommend checking with the relevant embassy early — at least 8 weeks before the event.
Can I get a letter before completing payment?
No. Invitation letters are issued only after full payment is confirmed. This policy protects the integrity of the letter and complies with embassy requirements.
